As a Baker and a Chef, I love to offer cakes for every occasion.

Below you will find a collection of traditional cakes to purchase as well as a seasonal one every month.

If you do not see a flavor you would like, or would like something completely different, just fill out the form as usual but tell me a little about what you’d like and we’ll create something together!

Traditional Cake Offerings…

  • Carrot Cake - A White & Rye Flour Chiffon with organic carrots and toasted walnuts with a traditional vanilla bean cream cheese frosting

  • Tiramisu - my take on the classic: local espresso is added to a chiffon that is then brushed with Rum followed by layers of vanilla pastry cream and a rum infused mascarpone with chocolate on top

  • Lemon Cream - a delicate white chocolate chiffon with housemade lemon curd topped with a delicate lemon cream and fresh flowers

  • Chocolate Flur de Sel Caramel - A rich, decadent chocolate cake topped with a coffee and bourbon ganache and a french salted toasted caramel sauce

  • Hazelnut Latte - Layers of Hazelnut chiffon topped with a hazelnut praline and a creamy Coffee Italian Buttercream

  • German Chocolate - a rich, soft chocolate cake topped with a dark chocolate ganache and a creamy coconut custard and toasted pecans.

All Cakes can be made Gluten Free for $5 extra and I promise they are just as good as the others!

Large Cake $65 and serves 8 -12 people

Medium Cake $45 and serves 4-6 people
